While they have been seen for centuries, at least according to legends and folklore, it would appear that sightings and general awareness of Shadow People are increasing as we surge forward into the twenty-first century. And while these mysterious, black silhouette-type entities are seemingly at home in the paranormal world of ghosts and apparitions, reports of such beings crop up regularly in case of alien abduction.

The apparent increase in frequecy of such sightings may simply be a phenomenon related to the ease of publicly discussing it with others and share experiences. This said, i too saw such a shadow once, but in my case it may have been a case of ‘awake sleep’. But i firmly believe that there is a frequency of reporting that is high enough that we should get away from speculations and legendary stories and search for a tangible explanation.
I have totally experienced shadow people, on more than one occasion. I was attacked by a shadow person, I have seen them in my side vision and quickly pass in front of me. I felt anger and fear of being recognized. I felt these were trapped entities still holding on and had not passed through. I actually had to leave the residence to leave them behind. There were two of them one of them was very nice. Long story.
How were you attacked may I ask? I’m being attacked by them I think Idk. So confused. Scared. No memory of an attack just wake up with bruises.
I have witnessed a shadow person once, but it was an extraordinary experience. I was unloading my car from a short day trip. Movement caught my eye, and I looked up to see what I at first thought to be a large person dressed all in black running down my street. The figure was over 6′ tall and if large build, but I quickly noticed that there was no movement of arms or legs, and that it was 2 dimensional. It was of the deepest black, with no change in tone or shade. Where I first saw it was at the property line of the neighbors across the street, at the edge of the road, approximately 40′ away. While there are no street lights on my my street, I and most neighbors have security lights, and it was a full Moon night, so, plenty of light. I watched this being run across the length of one neighbors property, and nearly the full distance of the next neighbors property, approximately 85′ in total distance. It finally disappeared when it reached the shadows of the second neighbors bushes. At no time did I feel threatened or afraid, but I did feel that I had surprised the entity and/or that I wasn’t supposed to be seeing it. I also felt that there were certain “rules” it had to follow. For one, that it could not disappear until it was in shadow. I also think that it had to move along the line of the street, because it could have reached other shadows much soon if it could have changed directions.
A couple years ago i saw something similar. I was in my friends car having a conversation with them, when all of the sudden, this shadow “blob”, pitch black that had blended in must have thought that I had seen it and moved(that’s what made me notice it) it took off about 30 ft back from where it was and scaled a 100 ft pine tree and disappeared at the top into the dark. All in about 5-10 seconds. It happened so fast I couldn’t process what I was seeing at first…. I’ll never forget it.
simply just entity state even if they did or do own a form of some kind… energy is residue of that life supposed of living not a living of life in purpose but the body they took in that life from a Soul who was moved out. In this the entity is not willing to move from that state and this is knowing that it will not live long in any form now but that it may take from others their life force without having to take their form and this is why the astral place is nota good place to go. I AM.

Arthur C. Clarke suggested that any sufficiently advanced technology can seem like magic, and that’s certainly the case with the aptly-called “shadow people” who, for whatever reason, are so dark they look like featureless shadows. Not djinn or angels or devils or astral trippers or supernatural entities of any kind, or even visitors from some other M-brane or dimension, they are simply aliens with an unimaginably advanced technology. At least seven feet in height when fully upright, they can move about in, and step with great agility out of, spheres of light no more than a couple feet across. When doing so, they may be accompanied by “greys,” uniformly manufactured entities that stand about five foot eight, with chiseled cheeks and jaws that make them look like they were modelled on some actor’s face from the 1950s, like Gary Cooper’s in High Noon, albeit from the perspective of an alien eye. The greys act as strongmen or body guards, and can paralyze or render one unconscious, seemingly with a touch, which may be a distraction from the employment of some instrument. While the shadow-figures aren’t murderous, they are creeps, seemingly indifferent to their negative physical and psychological impact on people to an extent markedly sociopathic by our standards. There’s little doubt that these were the alien type that Kelly Cahill encountered, but this account can’t speak to her experience of their “red eyes.”
