Although it is little spoken of today, in March 1988 came a UFO sighting that not only had multiple witnesses but was confirmed on the radar systems at Gatwick Airport. Furthermore, motorway security CCTV cameras would capture almost forty minutes of the incident on video. It would appear to UFO investigators that video evidence of alien crafts was finally at hand.

However, the film was quickly classified, and perhaps would have remained secret had it not been for the leaking of several still frames from the footage by one of the UFO Investigators involved with the case. I reported an incident over the hogsback ref ,A31 near Guildford some years ago ,of a very large star in sky ,super bright ,I was driving my young granddaughter back home to London, she’s about 7 years old at the time and my wife was sitting in the passenger seat .The ster changed shape with round blobs like bubbles. These faded away .as we approached the area I noticed A very large elongated aircraft of immense size peeking though the clouded sky .I ducked down as I drove under it .stupid I know .but it was so big and daunting. It was a battle ship grey with what looked like rivets forming its barrage balloon shape..more metallic than should be for this type of shape .I reported this next day to the Guildford council and to Whitehall U FO DEPARTMENT LONDON .AND THEY TOLD ME THEU NO LONGER HOLD U F O RECORDS .I am an ex M O D OFFICER RAE FARNBOROUGH .REF ALAN MILES .
