Perhaps what makes a UFO sighting in Germany in the mid-nineties stand out is the fact that the encounter unfolded not in a quiet, out-of-the-way rural area, it took place in the middle of a highly populated residential area of a busy German city. And, in part, because of this, the incident was witnessed by multiple different people. Not only that, but some details from the sighting even hint at the possibility of some kind of portal or portal-inducing technology being utilized.
